Mark your calendars for our signature winter event—the W-L Crew Triathlon!
When: Saturday, February 7, 2026 — 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Where: Washington-Liberty High School Cafeteria
What: Competitors in a variety of categories complete a 4K erg, followed by a 2-mile run and 2-minute bench row
Scoring: Elapsed time for 4k erg and run + 4k erg time – (# of bench rows x 3 seconds)
*note that the erg time is counted twice*
Cost: $5

Check-in opens at 8:00 a.m.
Races begin at 8:30 a.m. and continue until about 2:00 p.m.
