W-L Crew Boosters

The Washington-Lee Crew Boosters have begun their 2010 Mulch Fund Raiser.  Please check the Fundraising tab for more information on how you can purchase mulch, contribute or download order forms.

The 2010 Season will be get under way with the Kick-off Pot Luck Supper and Mandatory meeting for rowers and parents, February 17th 2010. Everyone is expected to attend. Additional information will be sent out about this event. Please clear this date so you can attend.

The highlight of yesterday's team car wash was Andy Barr's presentation of a check for $10,000 to the Crew captains and their teammates and coaches. Mr. Barr's contribution is to help with our boat purchases and is in particular recognition of the boys' 3rd 8 taking a bronze medal at this year's Virginia State Rowing championships...while rowing the Andy Barr! Andy's generosity over the past several years has allowed W-L Crew to do things that simply would not have been possible without him. Thank you Andy Barr.
