The countdown is on for the 2025 W-L Crew Triathlon—a fun-filled day of competitive erg racing, running, and bench rowing open to anyone in our community.
When:
Saturday, January 25, 2025
8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Check-in opens at 8 a.m. Races begin at 8:30 a.m. and continue until about 2 p.m. (Estimated start times for each flight will be sent to participants one week prior.)

Washington-Liberty High School
Annex Building*
1301 N Stafford Street
Arlington, VA
*The Annex is located on Quincy Street near the planetarium.
Scoring:
(Elapsed 4k erg + 2 mile run time) + 4k erg time – (# of bench rows x 3sec) = Total time
*The erg time will be counted twice
