The results are in, and the 2025 W-L Crew Triathlon was a resounding success. Scores of competitors, spectators, and volunteers convened in the Washington-Liberty High School Annex for an exciting day of Erg-Run-Row competition!

Competitors in a variety of categories engaged in a 4K erg, followed by a 2-mile run and bench row event. Volunteers sold merchandise and homemade concessions, including delicious treats generously donated by sponsor Good Company Doughnuts & Café.

Congratulations to all of the team members, parents, and alumni who participated in the triathlon. “I am very proud of our results, but even more proud of how all of us stepped up to help out, support each other, and cheer like crazy,” said Head Coach Kara McPhillips.
