We have a special and urgent need for volunteers for food preparation this year. Our food coordinator for this year has become unavailable, so it’ll take lots of teamwork among parents to produce meals for the team.

Traditionally, W-Lee Boosters provide meals for our team and their parents at the Stotesbury Regatta. We prepare and serve five meals on site. [Only one meal (on Friday night) are the rowers on their own. That evening rowers get an allowance for a
meal. That means we cook (and need parent volunteers for):

1. Dinner Thursday night
2. Breakfast Friday morning
3. Lunch Friday noon
4. Saturday breakfast
5. Saturday lunch

Please see detailed information on the W-Lee Crew Boosters Pop-up Kitchen planned for the regatta.
