Columbia Island Marina
It’s the dawn of an exciting new era for W-L Crew! After a long history of rowing out of Potomac Boat Club in Georgetown, our club will begin operating out of Columbia Island Marina (CIM) in spring 2025.
Located on the Pentagon Lagoon off of George Washington Memorial Parkway, CIM offers unique amenities and adequate space for our growing team, including plentiful free parking, a full-service restaurant, picnic areas for team events, and walking trails between Rosslyn and the beautiful Lady Bird Johnson Park.
This winter, the team will make a number of facilities enhancements to ensure we’re ready for the upcoming season. Want to help? Contact head coach Kara McPhillips (kara.mcphillips@apsva.us) to learn more. There will be numerous opportunities to lend your time and treasure to this exciting project.
