Scores of competitors, spectators, and volunteers convened in the Washington-Liberty High School Annex for an exciting day of Erg-Run-Row competition!<\/p>\n<p>Competitors in a variety of categories engaged in a 4K erg, followed by a 2-mile run and bench row event.
