To participate in crew, each athlete is required to separately pay dues and meet fundraising requirements, each described below:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>W-L Crew Dues<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returning athletes must pay $900 no later than February 21 (If paid prior to November 30, the amount due is $850)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novices must pay $475 no later than March 7\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>W-L Crew Fundraising<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returning athletes owe $850 no later than March 30<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Novices owe $425 no later than March 30<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Our Address<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dues and fundraising checks can be mailed to: <\/span><strong>W-L Crew Boosters, P.O. Box 50611, Arlington, VA 22205<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Rowers can also submit payment through the Fund W-L Crew website. See details below!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Fundraising Opportunities<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>See&#8217;s Candies:<\/b> All current rowers should have received an email with their own unique link to the See&#8217;s Candies online &#8220;Yum-raising&#8221; site. This is W-L Crew Boosters&#8217; online See&#8217;s Candies shop where one can order chocolate and candy to ship to the address of their choice until December 31, 2024. When anyone purchases See&#8217;s candies via the unique links, a percentage of the sales revenue goes to W-L Crew Boosters and the rower assigned to that unique link will get fundraising credit toward their fundraising obligation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sherwood Forest Farms Wreaths: <\/b>Wreaths, garland, and holiday decor are sold in the fall beginning the week of October 21, 2024 and are delivered in December. The deadline to order is November 16. Local deliveries will occur the week of the W-L Holiday Bazaar (December 7). Purchases can also be shipped directly across the country. Supporters can shop online using this <a href=\"https:\/\/sherwoodfundraiser.com\/WLCrewBoosters\">link<\/a>.\u00a0 Be sure to have your friends and family designate your rower in the drop-down menu to receive fundraising credit!<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Friends and Family Letters <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 This letter is a great opportunity to invite your friends and families to support you and crew with a cash donation. Any donations received will be credited at 100% to the rower indicated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mulch Sales <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 In January, we will begin selling mulch. If the order form has the rower\u2019s name, that rower will get a $4 fundraising credit for each bag sold. Check out the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/w-lcrewboosters.org\/mulch-madness\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mulch Madness page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for more details.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Direct Donations <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 When rowers are selling any item, we encourage them to ask for a cash donation. Any donation received will be credited at 100% to rowers, if the rower\u2019s name is on the order form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Getting Credit for Fundraising &amp; Paying Dues<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All sales and donations must be entered into the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/fund-wlcrew.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fund W-L Crew<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> website in order for the rower to get fundraising credit for any sale or donation. Rowers can also use the Fund W-L Crew site to check their progress towards their fundraising goals and pay their dues.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logging In \u2013 Coaches will provide rowers with their login information for the Fund W-L Crew site. If you have not received your login, make sure you have <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdRnkcBaSn8UO06ztJfQjsTsYqBDlGQFxUoPewA55GHxancrQ\/viewform\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">registered for the team<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If you have registered, but still do not have a login, send an email to both registrar@w-lcrewboosters.org and fundraising@w-lcrewboosters.org and copy your coach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credit Card Transactions \u2013 The Fund W-L Crew site accepts credit cards for all sales and donations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check Transactions \u2013 Use the Fund W-L Crew site to enter the customer information.
