Rower Travel Schedule
Arrive at W-L starting at 5:30 AM. Look for the bus which should be parked on N. Stafford street. We want to be on the road by 6 AM.
It is a 9 hour drive to get to St. Catharine’s. Please pack a lunch for your rower and give them some money for when we stop on the way up and on the way back to buy snacks. They will probably want some money to buy t-shirts or other stuff at the regatta as well.
The team will be staying at the Brock University Niagara Region, 1812 Sir Isaac Brock Way, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 3A1 Canada.
We have coordinators handling food. The food charge is included in the rower fee. Please send your rower with additional money for t-shirts, other expenses as appropriate.
Other Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers will be needed to assist with food preparation, serving, and clean-up, as well as for other tasks.
Border Crossing Requirements
Passports: have your rower bring them if they have them. If they are 18 years old, they are required for entry back into the United States. For those under 18, a picture ID and birth certificate will also work but a U.S. Passport is preferable.
